They already moved the powerline backwards abit, but its still too near for me. Estimated distance now is around 150m. So whether is near or acceptable for you, its up to you to decide biggrin.gif

But unless they build the linked bridge to Decathlon there..it's not very "walkable" also. I do hear they said they wanna build the linked bridge from the existing commercial shops.

in term of road accessibility is down site as MRR2 is heavy traffic everyday, at the end of LDP junction at Kepong, connected by MRR2.
for those vehicles come from batu caves areas towards BSD will pile up
