Register SDN BHD as holding for properties, start a company to hold property

hi,
I am planning to register a SDN BHD and let it hold my parents properties as it is troublesome to change the name of individuals as it will be inherited by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. the reason for company is the properties just register under it and just pay the rental to the 2 brothers and 2 sisters. any advice regarding this? any disadvantages? |
