I have signed a venue contract and paid the deposit for the booking. The venue company have 50pax and 100pax package, including dinner reception, I signed 100pax package and paid 30% of the deposit, but now I only noticed Im unable to meet 100pax of guests, do I have the right to request a change on the package to 50pax? Their contract has a clause that mentioned "constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may not be amended or changed
unless done so in writing and signed by the parties."

The venue and date are still the same, no changes on this. And it still has 7 months to the wedding date.

Any experienced couples or dealer can advise on this? Many thanks.
