Looking for 2 pax, can you guys recommend some good place?

If u can eat alot of wagyu probably worth it. For me one wagyu steak cannot liao the fats is just too much for me

actually kind a bad idea to go with the buffet.
i try A5 Miyasaki Wagyu buffet before at Singapore.

extremely terrible, cause the meat is toooooooo oily which u can't eat much, else like over killing by oil.

better pay and get a standard size of the meat and enjoy it fully.

ps: actually Angus Prime taste much better then wagyu when u eat in a buffet, as less fat but more flavor.

A5 is grading, but also don't miss out the brand.

got many brand like Kobe, miyasaki and etc.

if not buffet, can try Kin Gyu, Yakiniku Great and Ushi

if u in jb can try awagyu restaurant

this, while i wouldnt say no to beef buffet but wagyu is just too oily to enjoy in large portions

theres a reason even in japan, most atas matsusaka/kobe beef sets are always in 100-150gm portions. anymore and the fattiness gets to your palate

go for those leaner aussie wagyu or <A3 level beef nubbad ed

No wonder kyomo 1 so sedap. Next time I am gonna buy from Don Don Doki and grill myself see same sedap or not

Usually I will avoid anything that was recommended by KL Foodie.

remember, to enjoy beef steak, no matter angus prime or wagyu.
never put any sauce on it.
only salt will do, no marinate or butter is required.

grill and put some salt on it, and enjoy the best every steak.

If Kyomo is the previous shin nihon and they are the same type of restaurant, then Kin Gyu is like the expensive or more atas version of Kyomo

Oh TS, another one recommended by anneluxury, i havent try myself is Yakiniku Yui in Publika, is in my list but no chance to visit yet.

If u got budget to go all in should go try Ushi, really best.

those marinades with sauce = less quality steak, that why they do so.

next time, never buy those except very cheap, lol
