a scooter hands down. underseat helmet storage. large pillion seat. wide body to carry two persons.I have ridden kapcais and naked bikes all my life and carrying pillion especially heavy ones are just so leceh
if budget is not an issue, go for maxiscooters like modenas elagan 250 or elegan 250 EX.
if you are tight on money, consider WMOTO ES250i. the plus side being a 250cc but not as big and bulky like most 250cc scooters in the market.
