I also have doubts about it. But it kind of makes sense that if you can steam clothes in an enclosed area, it should remove crease the same way as regular steaming does. Also notice that in the tech video, the guy attached clip on weights on the bottom of the shirt and sleeves. That makes a lot more sense how this works. Because when we steam shirts, we have to pull on it a little to get the extra crease out.

I doubt TEFAL made such as thing as the tech reviewer said. A lot of china brands including the one i showed. But it is interesting no doubt, as a put in and let it do its thing concept goes.
