Was googling about this bike not long ago for the same reasons, just to use it to ride to MRT station, one kilo from my condo
NvX does look good and sporty, but 10k is a bit too steep just to buang sampah and so market runs

Value wise, vario can equally do the job, and cost much lesser. I would go for Vario to be honest.

But their second hand market value can get for 6-7k d

Whereby NVX still selling around 8-9k

NVX is more than that. Around 14k. Cheaper one is NMAX which is around RM10k but very difficult to get that price also and equally difficult to get the stock.
