No wonder why I got fewer topic alert/notice for months, my previously subscribed topics was cleaned i think. Can't trace the cut off date, I think it's about 1 year lol.

it happened some time earlier, they doing some system work, I asked if we'll get the subscription back,
but till now no restore, so guess need self subsribe it back.

i also kena this issue few month back, the only we can do is we subscribed back manually
