QUOTE(mahavilvam @ Apr 20 2023, 10:48 PM) Hi guys is Dahua Imou a good brand if compared to ezviz and tapo Im using combination of dahua (xvr) and imou (iP). I find them very good, fast to load up in the app (which is the most important thing) for me. The xiaomi cctvs that i have, are so slow to load, by the time it loads, the incident that you try to view has passed already I can wholly recommend imou

QUOTE(adamw @ May 10 2023, 04:01 PM) The Imou login via Wifi SSID and link via ip address to Dahua XVR? On my iPhone/iPad - I use the imou app, to view the imou cameras, and the dahua xvr is added via scanning a QR (P2P). can also use other apps, such as dmss, idmss, easyviewer and so on The great thing for me is that imou/dahua is onvif/rtsp compatible, so i can get the streams into Homekit using Homebridge ffmpeg plugin

QUOTE(Wolgie @ Jan 23 2024, 02:48 PM) using Ezviz, but the view quite lag, not sure line or what. and the card 256mb always disconnect. try diff brand card and Ezviz too. Seem Intresting. especially the wireless decorder. have u using it? is it okie? by the way, Imou i see only 2mp. will it very different compare to 4mp? Imou Ranger 2 protect water? i fixed indoor but shop. so maybe water/air kena. Ranger 2 for indoors. But my friend did install it at his car porch on the ceiling. But im not too sure about long term exposure to high humidity/moisture during rain. My imou cruiser is 4mp, and its pretty clear/high res. however, my imou bullet is 1080, its still clear. So im sure, if you go for 2mp, it should be ok
