Last time agent selling Trop**** project also said got extension for cable car. But ended up screwed up with cancellation on the commercial hub etc.

Some of the agents are super arrogant…think that g*nting brand is a sure win in term of sales.

Maybe some started to daydream their comission going to be sky high in months to come…so trying to show up their attitude in order to attract water fish. AHAHAH

Personally location wise is not bad…just abit worry about AK workmanship from their past records.
