Rust Treatment for Roller Shutter, - what is good treatment ?

hi sifus
my fren roller shutter rusting [pic below]. he asked me what paint good to fix the rust?  looked at oxide primer (csm 1 liter RM15) and PYE Rust Converter (0.1 liter RM15) i ask sifu here for advice which one can handle this rust or maybe got others ...... Oxide Primer  PYE Rust Coverter  all advice gratefully appreciated  |
