40% 5K increment is too hard to pass, accept it, even u dont like the job u can find new job with higher last draw salary on resume. Current company also might give u a pay raise asking u to stay. With 5K u can also relocate nearer to office. Ur current WFH policy can always change by management unless is in ur appointment letter. At 30s is time to work hard not get comfortable yet.
