you will know it only after 1 to 2 hours of ride... damn painful.
End up getting a Shoei L size and fits just nice, no more compression problem.
Just to add, if you are wearing a balaclava, you gotta make sure the stiches is not around the forehead area. Otherwise, it will create pressure point.Haven't tried enough Bell to comment.
