electronic device is how many watts it will draw, not how many watt a charger push to deviceyou using 100W charger, iphone 13 pro max still draws 20W
some report claimed might go up to 23-27W
but it wont be 0-100% consistently draw 23-27W
heat is battery enemy, for sure drawing 5-10W generate less heat, so the battery degrade slower
