I think so. I mean, western viewers also tend to criticize the eng dub for being bad when I think the dub was good. I guess everything sounds a lot cooler and mystic when you can't understand that language perfectly.

Nah, I can stand the kung fu CN & HK movies but for CN animation its so damn bad.
Speaking normally also use high note voices want tengking for what?? I once tried playing Genshin with CN audio. Instantly regretted my decision. Everything sound like they want to scream & tengking.
I have same problem with Vietnam too.. Good looking amoi Vietnam but once heard their voices omg.

Nope. U go to utube and search genshin impact cutscenes of all language. English is cringe fest.

Only acceptable English dub is from Hollywood Disney/Pixar etc animation. Some more casts are from existing Hollywood actors so they know how to do acting
