Just sign up . top up rm 50. but wallet now rm0. Really great experience. How long the card to deliver to home?

anyone tried to use this to purchase MAS ticket? i tried 3 times all failed then i have to use other CC

For the past few weeks I’ve been trying to sign up for EnrichMoney. My experience has been unpleasant. The sign up process was smooth including payment of RM50 at the end of the sign up until the process the application at the backend, citing my IC wasn’t properly captured. Asked for re-register.

Not even a single call I received from Merchanttrade or Enrich related to my application and I’m pretty ghosted by them. I’ve to call to inquire my application station.

Weeks after weeks, ended up my application was deleted from their system and that also wasn’t being informed. My RM50 top up during the first registration is still with them.

I’d say don’t waste your time or life with this piece of junk from Enrich. Poor implementation poor communications to even make use of it. Imagine you having lots of money with the Visa only to find out shit about their support and service.

Same fate. You must report via email. They follow up and refund after 2 week. After that I don’t dare to open an account. It is not enrich problem. It is merchantrade problem.
