I threatened to report us pizza for their vouchers.
They are so arrogant. I really do not even know how they do biz.
The vouchers that they gave me cannot be used. When go to checkout side. When I complained to customer service, they said . Yes . Cannot be used. Then I said I will send an email. The Cs rudely told me why I should do that. I am the victim there. She should be the one telling me to report.
Them when I send an email. The Cs said it can be used but she only tested to the order section.
I complained saying she did not test properly and that I have enough evidence to report to the authorities.
Then they refunded me but still say the voucher can be used.even though earlier they say cannot be used.
And their cash voucher cannot be used with other promotions. Can you imagine what a joke this is.
Never buying from them ever again.
