It is an independent construction quality assessment tool by CIDB. In term of reliability, it is reliable.

If the developer got biji & dare to put in their sales & marketing, ask them to commit what % they wanted to score , at least >75%, if grading below 75%, no need to blow water.

To date, the highest score in Qlassic nationwide is only at 88%.

So if score is given after completion, does not mean cannot have substandard construction for the foundation of the building?

There are a few assessment criteria which will be breakdown into :-

1) Architecture
2) Structural
3) M&E
4) Infrastructure

Each of the elements will carries different weightage. Architecture & structural will usually carries the highest weightage.

For your statement whether with Qlassic, there will not be any sub-standard workmanship for foundation , the answer is no because for Qlassic, the high score only prevent minimize the chances.

There is a term called latent defect. Latent defect will only happens after years of occupying the building.
