Qlassic score. How important is it in real life?, I see properties with this score

It is an independent construction quality assessment tool by CIDB. In term of reliability, it is reliable.
If the developer got biji & dare to put in their sales & marketing, ask them to commit what % they wanted to score , at least >75%, if grading below 75%, no need to blow water.
To date, the highest score in Qlassic nationwide is only at 88%.

There is a term called latent defect. Latent defect will only happens after years of occupying the building.
