Hi everyone, I would like to ask the opinion of those who've worked/ know someone who have work as a Management Trainee/ Young Graduate Trainee in Toyota.

I have applied for it and I have express my interest in the marketing department.

My question are as below:-
1. What was the culture & working life like ?
2. How was the learning experience in each department during rotation (especially marketing)
3. What's the pay and salary?

I have search on linkedin and often find an inconsistency with the duration offered. Some worked for 6 months, some 9 months, some 1 year +. They also didn't specify on the job description which might lead me to think that this program may not be very prestigious after all when compared to their brand. Can anyone clarify on this?

You thought it is easy to get into management trainee role in Toyota group? When you got offer letter only then you raise your question whether you want to accept the offer or not.

I never once mentioned or implied that it would be easy to get into this role. My only interest is to acquire more information regarding this position. I don't see any harm to be more aware of the pros and cons of the role. If you have any information, please feel free to share it. I appreciate your reply.
