Do you own (i.e. buy yourself, or owned by family like parents etc.) the place?
If you're renting, got to make sure your landlord allow subletting. Last thing you want is your butt lit on fire by landlord and get kicked out if you bring in bad tenants.
and if you're renting, be aware that if you're letting out rooms, you'll likely be forced to manage the place like a landlord because that's the expectations that will be placed on you for subletting out. This means you may have to take responsibility of repairs etc.
Whether that's worth the trouble of managing tenants, you'll need to decide.
Personally I'd recommend moving out to a smaller place you can manage yourself, IMO the problem of managing strangers is too much hassle for a young working adult to spend free time on, unless you're actively profiting off it (vs trying to cut cost)
