currently my parents is using maxis postpaid and have 1 subline.. we want to change to the newly launched prepaid pakej perpaduan..
how to do it? is it go to maxis center can ady?

go to maxis center.

check if u will get a penalty or not.

Must go center, both, line must split (1 number transfer ownership).

supp line, not subline.

the supp line need to changed to principal line first. it will be charged pro-rated 1 day of 98 plan in next bill.
then both number can convert to prepaid. this can be done onthespot at maxis center.

thx all.. even same telco, just maxis postpaid to maxis prepaid, also need to split out the supp line first ya?

yes. because supp line cannot directly convert to prepaid. but can settle within 1 day so should be no issue. good thing is no need to swap/change simcard. just continue using same simcard.
