1.Exchange cash or whatever terms of payment you agreed on
2. Go to JPJ do thumbprint and filll out form with your details and buyer details. Once you do the thumbprint on your end, the buyer will have 1 week to complete the title transfer. Alternatively, the both of you can go together and do the transaction on the spot as well.


And yes, JPJ need to use app now. Download it and get your ticket number when visiting
