Good laa like that , scared flood only.

Some forumer with agenda will always trying to convince you AI is lower and next to river blah blah blah, even though by fact AI is a hill.

The truth is TTDI AI being the lowest in AI and next to the river is still higher than surrounding urban area. Simply map the elevation in google earth clearly see this Lena is even higher than average of rimbayu and definitely higher than G257.

The only downside to this lena is it is land locked in TTDI's abandoned development so it will not be as vibrant if some prefer so. Otherwise if AK able to keep up the same landscaping standard it will be a cosy place to stay while enjoying all the highway connectivity in the middle of well developed urban.

yes, seems all the construction is completed for now. Currently pending for the CCC which may take approx 2-3 months till the hovp.

But It’s seem like no gaurd house is building … do you know why?

Selangor does not allow FH G&G and either the dev is being compliant or SA has strict enforcement.

Gaurd house in process 😊

I went yesterday the Security Guard entrance building in progress. The main concern is about the workmanship and the House Key. Will it be given by this year or next?
If they can demolish the unnecessary TOLL will be a great relief..

I think mostly will be this year , may be after the guard house done.

Initially, they allowed me to enter the house area. From what I could see from my naked eye, the workmanship looks good, and the fittings they used seem to be of high quality. Its similar to what they showed in their earlier show unit.

However, I’m not sure about the build quality in the long run and their after-sales service. Fingers crossed.

Me too i saw everything looks good and needs to be touched up here and there, and told the contractor worker to do it nicely.
