Recently saw this In one of the home expo, actually heard of this before, used quite commonly in Singapore due to lack of drying spaces for condo units. Just want to ask if anyone using or used this before and any opinions on efficacy/reliability?

I opt for the manual cable system instead of motorised. Reliability is OK but just need to change the s/steel cables if one always do heavy loads.
Been using it for close to 10 years already.

Where u plan to install it? If balcony better check with your management if they allow it.... most management for new condos dont allow you to dry clothes above the guardrail line

For yard should be fine unless your yard is obvious from the building facade

Ive got a semi opened foyer in my unit where the washing machine will be. Just thinking if this contraption is worth the money since it has built in heater. Saw it being used quite commonly in singapore but none of my friends or relatives use it here in KL.
