Mind translating the news and post it up? Just curious and I'm a banana by the way. I sold some PayPal fund to this girl last time. In fact, she's my first buyer when I start selling at Lowyat. As a newbie and to build my reputation, I send her the fund first and she banked in the money to me quite quickly, no sign of scamming at all.

She might just be in trouble dealing with the supplier. But still, disappearing without any explanation is a bad move. Hope she will turn up soon, at least with a proper explanation if not a refund.

LYN doesn't block anyone from opening threads and especially also because LYN wasn't meant to be a trading place (like lelong or ebay) in the first place.
It's up to the buyer's own discretion to check on the seller's infor before dealing.
Anyway, I guess one of you guys can PM the mod to issue a "dispute tag" since it had been so long.

I just smsed James telling him that if he n Shirlie is not replying to the postings here, i'm gonna lodge a report. He called and said NO REFUND to me...he claims that all of u accept the clothes except me....u people here, pls judge. How many of u accepted it with open heart. Shirlie said b4 that if things are not acceptable, it is refundable. He did not even refund me the clothes he missed out for me as promised by Shirlie that she will pass all refund to the COD guy. Where the hell is my money. I told him that things that i ordered are out of measurement as described by Chubbygurl (like kids clothes) and the sewing is worst than my own sewing. James claimed and insist NO REFUND. I have decided to bring this to justice. SHIRLIE88 IS SUCH A UNRESPONSIBLE SELLER. I'LL SEE BOTH OF U IN THE FACE OF LEGAL.
