This is how I see it. If take CVT, the fuel savings you save over a 4AT, then pay for replacement gearbox. At the end of the day, spend same amount only.
Buy car with high resale value. That amount more than your CVT gearbox replacement. For eg, Saga 4AT vs Myvi CVT |
