I'm surprised that the price has dropped so much within a short period of time but then, I'm not in a hurry to buy one yet. The functions are basically the same except for the megabass and the 5 megapixel camera. It will be nice if SE upgraded the screen to 16-bit colour instead like some of the latest Nokia models. As a camera phone, a better screen is a welcomed addition for sure.

Shouldn't regret gua since the battery life for K850i is a lot better than N95 but which one more user friendly, I wouldn't know lah, I never owned a N95 before.


Well, if you update it via SEUS software from your pc, it shouldn't be a problem but from the phone, it will be a problem since it's an AP set.

RM2,200 also considered not overboard, some hp booths in Penang selling it for RM2,400. Lagi teruk. Hahaha. AP set somemore. Worst of all, got people buy. If I knew got so many waterfish, I get a few K850i from Renee and sell it in Penang lah. Can get extra $$$ to buy W960i. Hahaha.

That's the normal selling price range in Penang at the moment for the AP set. Even can nego also around RM2,100 the most.

You rent a hp booth and sell in Penang lah, all the stocks you get from Renee, I guarantee that you'll earn good $$$ here since the hp prices in Penang are firmer than in KL, most people ended up paying more unless they know how to survey elsewhere or is a LYN member.


Waterfish got plenty out there lah, last time got one Malay guy and Boon Siew's grandson paid RM5,000 for a Dreamcast with three games, Pen Pen Tricelon, Godzilla and VF3 TB. Those two jokers are the biggest waterfish I have seen just because they wanna be the first to own the console. Too rich, dunno where to spend.

I guess the price is more like RM1699.99 so your pricing is probably RM10 to RM20 bucks more. Not a big deal actually. Most important, get it from a trustworthy seller like yourself.

It's normal for a newly launched phone to have bugs, it might take a few weeks or months before it is finally stable. I guess it's still a minor problem as you can still use it to make calls without any problems.

The camera suck? In what ways?

That's very subjective, it might be worst than K850i, you wouldn't know.

Yup, you're rite and N82 has Carl Zeiss lens, the pictures taken on it appear more saturated and the flash is a bit more powerful than K850i in the dark, might be a good thing or a bad thing since it has a tendency to be too bright. Day shots, the N82 has a stronger colour but for finer details, the K850i wins here. Both has its pros and cons, I would prefer K850i honestly, I hope the future model will have wi-fi.

Well, the K850i has a bigger screen and it's just using the same battery as K800i, that explains why the standby and talk time have been affected.

From what I observed, the K850 has a better screen, brighter and more lively, N82's pictures appear to be more vivid and striking when viewed from a pc but sacrificing finer details in the picture background where K850 excels in this area.

Well, the K850i can support M2 4GB with no problems but not sure whether it can support more than 8GB though.
