Guys,

My wife's K850i is having that dreaded back button problem. Now she can't really navigate the menu, write sms without the back button messing it. As though an invisible hand is pressing the back button. Sometimes the problem's there, sometimes gone, wtf?

Contacted SE via email, asking for help and they advised me to upgrade fw using SE Update service because they think it was the fw issue. Tried that already but unfortunately there's nothing to upgrade. No upgrade available, guess mine is already having the latest fw.

Contacted SE subsequently, and now they ask me take it to the nearest service centre. Lecehlah ini phone!!!

Go on, google it and you'll find a bunch of people also having the same problem.

Any advice? Hate to take it to SC, leave it for a few days and come back the same.
