This M+ Global can purchase All US stock or just limited selection like Rakuten ?
Rakuten only have 1000+ US stock to buy, very limited choice.

If am not mistaken, from the view in their apps is all. Around 11k ++ shares

Expensive with trading fee is at Min USD3 while FX more than 3% spread

Summary half price than buying through old skool way 🤦‍♀️

Test their customer email support, worst like hell.

So how they make money charge so low fees 0.08%(KLSE) and 0.1%(US,HK) and still need to pay broker ?
I heard someone said they get charge difference fee.
Can i just do without broker ? Any hidden fees ?

i'm ok with slow withdrawal, but worry about my money after their government style lousy email support.
Rakuten support is fast, but their login website pop-up many spamming message and cannot turn off, so annoying.

I already told you where the hidden fee 🤦‍♀️ it is from the FX spread plus minimum charge of USD3 not 0.1% so no matter how you have to pay USD3 just in fees 🤦‍♀️

Rakuten use the app 🤦‍♀️ the website is horrible anyways and when you choose the broker most important fast withdrawal and cheaper fee

no ah, still can claim. Just did it today after account approved. Got the lousiest stock in the list: Snap
Snap stock price currently at USD 9.80

need to go voucher list there and claim it. Once done need to wait a few days more to receive the stock.

Can straight withdraw the 1k back to bank once draw the stock (need wait a few days). Faster try before they cancel this offer.

Does any know is the application for M+ Global include local Bursa CDS account? Is yes, would it be using the same user ID/ password as per M+Global

FYI, comparison of FX spread across different SC approved app as at 26/5/2023, 11pm
M+Global : 4.673 (1 / 0.214)
MIDF: 4.6565
Rakuten: 4.6375
Google published spot rate: 4.60

For M+ Global, cannot convert into USD without any trade (i.e cannot lock in favourable USD rate for future trade).

On the list of trade-able stocks, they are abundant unlike Rakuten.

long story short, IBKR only charges you U$0.35 per trade (unless you buy 101 stocks and above, a random blue chip stock like $AMZN already $120 per stock)

Different account as M+ Global has dedicated app for foreign trading while M+ is for Bursa CDS

Don’t look at the spread too much 🤦‍♀️ look at the final price before you buy as they already lumped in USD3 fee into it hence they are double dipping and making through the FX spread

When selling US stock, is the proceed credited back as USD or auto convert back to MYR?

It will proceed as USD just like buying as well and then when you withdraw it will convert based upon their market rates on the withdrawal date

Their CS is really lousy. Tried the "chat" feature in app, call 1300-22-1233 and whatsapp 011-55005133.

All their CSs are giving generic answer, instead of answering the question. The best thing is when asking why certain US stock is listed but not trade-able, the CS requested to refer to remiser. The remiser assigned is an unknown person, how to contact the person.

Call to 1300, waited long no one answer, the call auto ended with "goodbye" message.

I would rate Rakuten CS is the best followed by MIDF. For M+ Global, their CS is non existence. Use at your risk.
