obviously "someone" don't want the public to see it , let it be the owner of the channel or the one who paid for it.

Below is the summary in regards of the removed comment

1. Accessibility : pay toll if going to puchong , pay toll if stepping in elite , possible to walk to LRT USJ21(yes i guess but how long?)
2. One city failure : you should pay a visit there then u know what failure means
3. Nearby mall (main place) : the history of being abandoned then now after taken up also don't seems to be good
4. Noise : surrounded by highways and also a regular meet up area for mat rempit (imagine the noise outcome)
5. Competition : Bdr puteri area , IOI mall area got so many on-going projects and when you compare them with this, I am not sure why people will say YES to this
