Tou can take risks on car because you wont loose much if something goes wrong and you have to sell it off or the bank takes it away. Of course this is not smart I’m just saying that loosing a car is no big deal! But house, NO. Always go way below what you can afford. You can’t afford to loose a house in bad times. I know many bash TS for the ambitious take on the house BUT ...
our of curiosity, I wonder if most preach here stand by the 25% rules when they FIRST bought the house at that POINT in time ? I bought PRIMA/RUMAWIP at salary around 5k plus I think w/o any commitment beside CC bills .. In the end, it boils down to how comfortable TS willing to sacrifice to pay for the house .. |
