I actually have one student who speaks like this.
And he was raised in Tangkak all his life. Never been to anywhere outside of Malaysia.
Its just that he is a good orator and picked up the accent when he was the school's debate team. British accent is probably the easiest accent to practice. You just have to know the pronunciation of the common words and them apply it on the rest.

I have heard him on BFM, he is not usually like that, and if it's Boo Su-lyn's that the journalist asking the question, I think then maybe it's the journalist that's asking the question that made him not respect her and to put it back to her but anyway not enough context.

What a way to present yourself. These types are usually boot lickers and apple polishers.

I bet this guy is one of those guys that has his face as his screensaver and unlocking screen. He sure loves listening to himself.
