Celcom line sucks..

I travel to baling kedah, like at least 2-3 weeks every two months. Only celcom line is really good here.

KL many location is poor, i even go small town at Sarawak, maxis still better than Celcom.

If you don't plan to change telco, is always good to get package from them.
They may tie you in contract, but you have good deal for phone!
Some like Maxis even offer installment.
Is always not worth to just buy the phone outright unless there is better freebies frm Samsung (normally during early launch period).

If u want celcom line then you should go for celcom set.
