4 doors quite annoying to use; unless u have space constraints
and
do consider other brand.

If your coway is the type that you pay every month, i suggest looking at bacfree subang jaya. Pay one shot then change filter once a year.

Would recommend Sharp front loader. If you want washer/dryer to be same brand for stacking, then would recommend LG/Pana.

For Aircond make sure HP is more than sufficient, and if can inverter. My first home, i dont have much money.. so buy the cheapest.. actually 1.0hp not enough and aircond have to work harder to cool down the room/space. Second home i can afford better ones, 2.0hp makes a big difference, cool down very fast. Also getting more tried and tested brands like panasonic can save money in long run although more expensive initially.

Nowadays AC also see whether exactly 9k BTU (9000-9200 low range) or close to 10k BTU (more likely 9700)
hp rating is not regulated

INV
the turbo btu can be negligible (9000 btu nominal and turbo to 9200) laugh.gif if undersized
if proper sized turbo can up 20-30% btu for short run (30min max cooling) - and that's why inverter is good as u can overclock the aircon
does not require additional parts for installation of a regular sized split AC

NON
aircon is single speed
no gearbox
