My car now onl yhave cassette player with original speaker. Plan to buy CD player with some speaker that have bass abit. Always see ppl selling Pioneer. But what brand got offer full set and yet match my budget rm800?

try upgrade one by one lorr....buy cd player first lorr.....

ya lor.. why not use up that money first get a HU...

then save up a lot more and have a go install all comp. speaker + amp + subwoofer all at the same time. Can get starter level around RM2000 to RM2500

last year i spent RM 900 on a setup
which got me a clarion no-frills HU and a boston component speaker
it was miles ahead of my stock setup, but i wasnt contended so i moved all the set to my sister's car and got myself a better HU, amp and component set

if you just want some acceptable tunes in your car, by all means go ahead with your budget, else, you'll end up spending more
(or, just upgrade your headunit atm, you will see some improvement, then save up for an amp and front component, then at last, a subwoofer, do it step by step)

Sure like that lo.. You think they install Hu, Amp, Component without labour fee meh?
Either you can step by step upgrade or save $ for go one shot upgrade...!

installing HU costs 20-30 depending on car model(not inclusive of brackets and stuffs if you need one)
for installing amps and component, you can try goto the shop and ask for a quote for speaker, then u ask him about the installation costs
thats what i do, goto reputable ICE shops, they dont cincai potong people one(dodgy one i dont know la)

mine HU install at RM40 cos mine HU is 1 1/2 deck, so its a bit difficult to install....if u wan to save labour cost, then u can buy the stuff first & store under ur bed first, when complete purchase set, then only install lorr....
Break into 2 stage - Front stage(Hu+speaker or amp) & rear stage(sub + amp)....i suggest install stage by stage is better, u will notice the difference of the quality from stock till ur full setup...
