No 3 if done well and grouted well should be nicest. But likely most expensive. No many tilers willing to do as cutting the 45 degree with grinder takes long time. Those that do will charge more. And suitable for walls only, not floor.

No 2. Clean look, but will be different color than tile (unless you can get a well matched one). If plastic, some might not like the look. If aluminium, nicer and pricier. If SS, can use for floor/steps too, but expensive.

No 1. Most common. Easiest and cheapest. But unless you use homogenous tiles, will see the different tile edge color. Depending in your tile surface pattern and color, the contrast can be “annoying”
