This is normal, i sent twice before, recent one was in Dec last year, took 2 months to get back my PSU, the earlier one was 3 months.

The model i sent was AX1200i, first RMA was in Dec 2021, took 3 months to return a refurbished unit. I kept until last year my another HX1200i died, so i have to replace with the refurbished AX1200i, one month used only it died again, so i rma again in Dec 2022, last 2 weeks they email me said Corsair proposed replacement with a brand new HX1200, since AX1200i already EOL, I accepted and collected the PSU on the past Monday.

I did asked the same question, the reply was the psu i owned already EOL.

Actually Corsair RMA quite ok, my HX1200i RMA was denied by Convergent with the reason that my unit is not UK variant, they suspected it is Overseas unit, eventhough i show them the purchase receipt. I contacted Corsair CS directly & they accepted my request, i send the PSU back to Corsair Taiwan, as soon as the PSU reached, they arrange a brand new unit shipped from HK to me directly. Took less than 10days, that was because of CNY holiday.

That is why now i have 4 PSUs in total, 2 in used, 2 have to keep as spare due to RMA delay, i have to buy the new PSU.
