Hi all,
Would like to know, what's the current PC awning market price now?
Was quoted RM2k for an area of 10'x5', means RM40/sq.ft for a 3mm solid PC sheet with metal frame. Is it reasonable?
Also is 3mm good enough for an awning? or i shall ask for thicker one?
Thanks

And it looks far better than metal decking. Yes its cheaper option and last longer than polycarbonate. More expensive option is glass. We are talking about awning here

We are talking about awning here er.. a quick search and lots of metal deck awning pics but yea many in normal boring variety... as i said acp is very popular due to low price. but metal deck awnings have always been around (mostly in the cheapo variety) doesnt mean they dont have nice ones and definitely looks way better than acp when the right ridge design is chosen. oh well each to his own.
