Hi Sifus,

As per title, my home is using Unifi 100 Mbps package.

Internet like snail (to connect, surfing so slow). Unifi technician came home and suggest I upgrade the stock Unifi router as below picture.

Model: TP Link, Archer C1200




Is this router the cause of the slow-ness?

And if upgrade, can recommend what brand and model the best?

Thanks in advance.

1. Mostly slow for device to connect to Wifi

2. Sppedtest done by Unifi technician first, he said get at 50 Mbps. If want faster, upgrade plan, or upgrade router

3. I did my own speedtest, at good times no other device connected get Download at 20Mbps

How do u reckon sir?

I continue complain to Unifi? I malas wanna upgrade plan...
