Cannot also. The car will be under a company name but the director is still 1 name. This means the company needs to choose which director to sign with the car dealer and JPJ.

Mine previously was a partnership Sdn Bhd. The 3 directors chose me to do all the signing. This was conveyed to the company secretary.
