My previous 2 flights with AA, mid last year and earlier this all ok. No issues or delays.

What he is saying is basic business sense.
High demand higher prices. Of course some of his business practices and conduct stinks and the market regulators should be informed and ensure action is taken. Other than a flight delay to Bali almost 20 years ago. A missed flight because I stupidly didn’t check in online before the gate closed, has been my own fault. This time, I’m booking a relative to fly to KL on MAS just because it’s not much more pricier than AA. |
