Is it the same concept as the Butterworth, Penang project that someone posted some time ago..?
Ipoh is still underdeveloped, have you any more information on the location this project is undertaken..? More information would help to evaluate the worthiness of this project.. |

QUOTE(yewkhuay @ Oct 13 2007, 08:15 PM) http://www.emerald-capital.com/PTH/content/view/17/1/ i personally think Ipoh is still quite and very under devoloped too. well, it takes many efforts and money to do that. 1 thing for instance, i can't really see any potential of ipoh to become a tourism hub. Ipoh is like a half dying town, the economy is on the downside, plus there is no attractive tourism spot in this area as well. Full page coverage in newspapers today, sounds like something great happening in Ipoh / Perak. Anyone has got their hands on it ? What is ur comment on this project ? developer? Open for friendly discussion !!! To invest in ipoh, i personally suggest investing in Sitiawan. Sitiawan, a new emerging town, with many giant company setting up in sitiawan Lumut port industry area, will directly bring the cash flow into this town, plus, lumut has the big potential of becoming a well known tourist destination since it has its own beached and also the main gateway to Pulau Pangkor. The development of Marina Bay, is just one of the best clue to indicate the potential of this once a sleeping town. This post has been edited by a6meister: Oct 23 2007, 02:48 PM |

Better KAMPAR more near to Ipoh 5 years in future KAMPAR will be the most populations place because of STUDENTs in colleage. If KAMPAR OK, so IPOH also no problem, but Ipoh need more times this is my opinions , if wrong pls correct me |

QUOTE(nonamemacau @ Oct 26 2007, 12:29 AM) sitiawan Kampar, yes, indeed you are correct with TARC, which might pool the population, but not in big proportion. Eventually, with the places we discussed above, it still need some momentun, such as giant and active industry to operate in these area in the aim of pushing the local economy. Why i said Lumut/Sitiawan had the potential, cause giant company are building up here with a very rapid pace such as Biodiesel, KENCANA. Well, i personally been there and work there for few months due to some machinery purchase with those companies.Better KAMPAR more near to Ipoh 5 years in future KAMPAR will be the most populations place because of STUDENTs in colleage. If KAMPAR OK, so IPOH also no problem, but Ipoh need more times this is my opinions , if wrong pls correct me Those are the multy millions company which are consistent and active which will provide a massive job opportunities and also cash flow. Thanks |
