Not sure if you're still active but I recently started feeling pain in my little finger. First joint near the knuckles when exerting pressure like when wringing clothes dry out or even when shaking hands.
Thumb also feels painful between the knuckle and first joint when bending.

Should I consult a rheumatologist or orthopaedic specialist for this?
