Last time I having left buttuck pain/anus upper, I think not my lower back S1,L6
Form my researched, I found SI joint area painful. Every stept painful Painful just go away after 2days. Surprisingly now I can crack/popping my SI joint every morning with standing position, I can felt the bone are moving and very satisfying Why so painful, I thought I broke my back |
