good morning @harriskrishna

Last year i injured my knee during basketball games, and had went through 3 jabs of PRP (last one in Dec 2023), trying to avoid entering operating thereafter.

nowadays the crackling/rubbing sound still persist when my knee is contracted, very loud ones.

occasionnaly, i do tried to play basketball again but can really feel that my left knee is giving away; and that's where the compensation goes into my right knee. Hence, I really moving away from basketball from then onwards.

also, i've done the following to minimize my left knee burdern:
1. reduced body weight from 79 to 70kilo
2. added glucosamine+condroitine and fish oil as my daily supplement
3. replaced high impact sports of basketball with cycling
4. Frequently icing on my knees after workout (cycling) on a daily basis

just wondering if there's anything else I can do improve my knee condition, so that I can be back on basketball court again.

yeap, as mentioned earlier im working on my core muscles and leg muscles as well to reduce burden of my knees
