The culprits are not co-operating with the police, murder weapon still not found...at most they might get away with lighter sentence not premediated murder as the evidence so far are circumstantial only.

they got mo, improperly handling of corpse, etc...no murder weapon found so far

Damn expert the culprit's father. Know the law, chop and cook everything. You want accurate autospy to determine the cause of death also not possible.

hk public prosecutor already put murder charge on their in court today, judge denied bail too, so there must be sufficient evidence for them to do so.

the whole island is against this family now, i doubt there will be lawyer geniunely willing to defend them also in May.

edit: i am also hoping they select me as the juror in the court for this case.

my jury service letter, so far i havent got called up for service yet.

your post 2017 until now still valid ah? due to mo and circumstantial evidence, AG can file a charge but another question is can the charges stick...
