I'm afraid of you.

I grew up watching tons of detective story books, tv series and true crime investigative stuff ....... even some of the more realistic case like actual murder record, trails, blue prints etc ....... and constantly roleplay a scenario to conjecture what could have happen.
With this many years of visual experience I can tell you, there is no perfect crime in this world, only a well thought of crime that rely on human ignorance, and time to cover the act.
For this case I can tell you roughly what happen base on the limited info that is public ......
1. Highest chance the killing wasn't intentional as if it was intentional then they are dumb beyond normal to set the killing spot at their place instead of some no man's land.
2. The kill potentially is trauma to the head. High chance as they argue she got pushed and knock on something hard, or got strike by a blunt object. If she die from bleeding all over the place the cleaning would have been hard. (Since neighbour didn't smell anything unusual means the blood wasn't on a big pool or none at all.)
3. Blood start to smell roughly 20 - 30min depending how thick and dry it is, someone among them must have been experience in blood draining because if they don't drain the blood first before chopping the whole thing will be a mess. and you can't cover that kind of smell.
4. Most likely they used a make shift tube to drain her blood and boil that first then pour down toilet or bathtub and flush with hot water. (HK pipe toilet and bathtub harder to detect because its running down sewer pipe straight and bigger pipe compare to sink pipe.)
5. They must have chop the body up on the floor cause bathtub hard to chop, kitchen table too troublesome.
6. Lastly they try to cook small portion, let it cool down, put into freezer to ice it, then dispose them into garbage bag and dump them one bowl at a time so that it will mix with the other garbage and less chance to get detected easy because of the amount.
Lastly its possible when the accident happen one or two of them wanted to call the police, but I am pretty sure one or more of them must have thought about that 100mil dispute and opt for body disposal instead. I'm not sure which member among them is the killer, but I am pretty sure the one that kill her most likely is the most greedy one ... the one that is trying to extort her the most.
If the police was slow to act ....... this could have turn into a missing person case that would never get solved.
As for cooking ....... well ...... cooking something doesn't always result in fooding them down ....... I cook bones and left overs dry then crush them and feed the remains to plants as natural fertilizer. Some items like flowers , seeds are crush and cook with house hold items like flour , oil, starch to produce paint for different purpose.
In this case the details slip past your mind, remember ...... no perfect crime ..... they all rely on our mistake in detail, ignorance and time. If you cover every inch and the news report give you enough detail you'll be able to grade most of the crime with almost a full picture of the truth.
