i got jury ordinance letter every 3 yrs since 2017....


well... i think all 7 millions people in HK are all bias in this case... so maybe judges & lawyers will have to find angmohs for this lol, most probably need months to just to assembly the juror team.

i think it's like our own Mona Fandey case where the media coverage is so impactful that leads to Malaysia to completely abandoned jury system in 1995, but hk 100% will not abandon jury system because law is the foundation of HK SAR.

Section 4 of the Jury Ordinance provides the criteria for service as a juror.

1, must be a Hong Kong resident

2, aged 21 to 65

3, of good character (good education, pay tax, no criminal records etc)

4, sound mind

5, not afflicted by blindness, deafness or other disability preventing from serving as a juror

6, has a sufficient knowledge of the language in which the proceedings are to be conducted

DNA tests confirmed Abby's identity after her dismembered legs were found in a fridge, and her skull and ribs in a cooking pot that was seized from the property, in the village of Lung Mei Tsuen,

The 28-year-old's torso and hands have not yet been found, the newspaper reported, adding investigators are still searching a number of possible locations.

A hole on the back of the skull is where she was struck in the fatal attack, officials believe.
