I think it is a budget focussed on B40.  Not much of an expansionary budget that will uplift the economy.  I do not see much given to promote or improve investments or any focus into key investments areas that we want to be leader in.  All the actions are more of ‘business as usual’ but we incentivise you to improve via grants for automation. 
I can be wrong though as I expect an expansive budget that makes the investors know where we are focussing in and provide incentives for them to come. This budget did not really provide such vision for investors.
