Well. I rather wait a little bit and get the best rates then get a lower rate and then regret later.

MV and Sunway one same rate , for USD rate are almost the some for most money changer one

Theres 3 money changer side by side, take the most right one, price is just a little bit higher than the other 2 but still way better than other places. lines are shorter

MV is the best but only if you happen to commute there. If for sole purpose of just to change money is small amount, almost not worth it because what you saved from better exhange rates.

If small amounts, what you save in exchange rate is equivalent or less than trouble you have to go to commute to MV.
